Oklahoma City Federal Building Bombing
The Oklahoma City Bombing was the worst terrorism attack in the United States at the time of its occurrence. On April 19, 1995, a truck bomb exploded after pulling into the Alfred Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. This blast was set off by a anti-government militant Timothy McVeigh, who in 2001, was executed for his crimes. His partner Terry Nichols received life in prison. This bombing killed innocent children. This was one of the first major terrorist attacks on the U.S. that was also on Unites States soil.
